Like so many organizations, NCAL has faced formidable challenges over these difficult months.
At the onset of the pandemic, NCAL was deemed an “essential business” and though we were allowed to keep our doors open for emergencies, our regular operations were put on hold. The streams of income that we rely on like adoption fees and fundraising efforts were significantly hindered. But our resolve to save lives never stops. Even as the pandemic continues, so does our important work to help animals in need. A gift is especially critical to NCAL’s long-term sustainability at this time.
Would you consider making a gift to our Annual Fund to help us keep our doors open for the next animal in crisis? We know there are many charitable organizations in need right now, and we are deeply grateful for whatever you are able to contribute.
Public support accounts for approximately 69% of our annual funding covering animal care, administrative and development expenses, veterinary services, community outreach program and any other operational expenses endured by the organization to provide the best care for our animals and services for community members.
